Spring holiday cottage is a contemporary barn conversion equipped for comfort all the year round; centrally heated with a wood burning stove for cold evenings. The cottage sleeps 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant in a travel cot, comfortably. The sitting area is open plan and includes a TV and DVD player with a wood burning stove, a dining area that sits eight, a well-equipped kitchen and a secluded patio area with table, chairs and parasol.
Enter the cottage through the front door into a large hallway with a utility room opposite the front door which also has a small shower, WC and handbasin. From the hallway step into the large open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen.

THE BEDROOMS – Spring cottage has 3 ensuite double bedrooms one of which is an upstairs family room with a cabin bed that converts into two single beds. A child safety gate is available if required together with a travel cot for an infant up to 2 years old.
THE KITCHEN – is well appointed and contains fridge, oven with grill, microwave, hob, toaster, dishwasher, freezer (situated next to utility room in the hallway), saucepans, crockery, glassware, cutlery, tea towels and kitchen utensils.
THE SITTING AREA – The sitting area contains, 2, 4-seater sofas, 1 armchair, 1 coffee table, a wood burning stove with child guard, television, DVD player, radio with CD player. The dining area seats 8 with a highchair available for an infant.
UTILITY ROOM – Spring cottage includes a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and cloakroom with a fourth shower.
SPRING COTTAGE PATIO AND GARDEN – The patio and garden is south facing with wonderful views of Snowdonia and is accessed from the open plan living space for those warm summer days. A table, 8 chairs and a parasol are provided on the patio. A tranquil setting ideal for families with plenty of space for supervised children to play safely.
